Small Team, Massive Impact
We are a grassroots organization in the truest sense of the word. Every member of our team is „hands-on,“ from our founder Dalmas—who balances his work as a mechanic with the leadership of the school—to our six dedicated teachers. We don’t have marble hallways or rows of administrative offices.
Our „office“ is the classroom. Our „bureaucracy“ is the daily work of ensuring 105 pupils and 35 kids in the playgroup are safe, fed, and learning. Because we are small and entirely focused on the ground in Nairobi, we do not have the administrative reserves to run the complex legal structure of a traditional „Verein.“This is where you—and our partners in Hamburg—come in.
